What are the methods I can use to deposit money?

At GlobalFinAssets you can choose from a variety of deposit methods. The most popular being the Credit/ Debit Card deposit, through Visa or a Mastercard.
You can also choose to credit your account using one of the following:

Why was my deposit unsuccessful?

Unsuccessful deposits are most commonly caused by entering incorrect information or failing to complete the requested fields. Please double check that you have completed all the information as indicated by your payment provider and proceed to the deposit. Should the issue persist, try contacting your dedicated agent.

You might also be required to check your personal account availability – that it is not blocked or restricted in any way (amount/ period), or even if you are still connected to the internet (you may be surprised, but it happens to the best of us!)

Are there any limits to what regards the deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount with GlobalFinAssets is of $/€/£ 250, based on the currency you chose for your account. There are no maximum deposit limitations. However, your payment provider might have such conditions. In the event of a failed deposit, you might be asked to check with your payment provider for any deposit limitations.

Can I deposit from a corporate credit card/account?

Sure. We only ask that you provide some extra documentation prior to making the deposit. Contact your dedicated support agent now to find out more about the requirements to open a Corporate Account.

Can I deposit from a friends account?

Due to current regulations, we can only accept deposits from accounts registered in your name.  

Can I deposit from a joint account?

GlobalFinAssets accepts joint account deposits. You will, however, need to provide some extra documentation prior to the deposit. Contact your dedicated for assistance.

How long until the deposit will be credited into my account?

Depending on the method you use to credit your account, the period can vary. In the case of a Credit/Debit Card deposit,GlobalFinAssets processes the transaction in real time, unless your provider operates differently. Other deposit methods can operate with the speed of a regular Wire Transfer, with a waiting period ranging from 3 to 10 days.

 
How can I deposit using a Credit/ Debit Card?

To deposit using a Credit/Debit Card you need to log in and select Deposit at the top right corner of the platform.

Follow these simple steps to credit your account now:

  • login to your account
  • click the Deposit button at the top right corner
  • complete the billing information
  • select the desired deposit method
  • fill in all the required information
  • double-check your details
  • if requested (by your provider) insert the security code
  • press the deposit button
